Custom Law Enforcement Patches

We produce department identification patches for shoulder sleeves, rank insignia patches, unit and division designator patches, specialized team patches (SWAT, K-9, Narcotics, Traffic), detective shields, and retirement commemorative patches. We also produce academy class patches for graduating recruit classes and memorial patches for line-of-duty recognition.

We require customers to provide official reference artwork, badge photography, or department insignia files as the design basis for law enforcement patches. Our design team creates a digital proof replicating your department's colors, fonts, and insignia elements precisely. Proof approval is mandatory before production — we do not begin manufacturing until the customer confirms the design is accurate.

Embroidered patches with sew-on backing are the traditional law enforcement standard for shoulder sleeve patches. The backing is sewn directly onto the uniform shirt or jacket following department regulations. For tactical vest patches and MOLLE gear, hook-and-loop (Velcro) PVC patches are used so they can be transferred between kit configurations. We produce both types to department specifications.

Yes. Small departments with 10-50 officers order from us regularly. No minimum order means a six-person police department can order exactly the patches they need without paying for overstock. We understand that small department budgets are tight and price our low-quantity orders fairly. Volume pricing becomes most significant at 50 and 100 pieces for larger departments.

Yes. We produce subdued (dark background, low-contrast thread) versions of any department patch for tactical uniforms, plainclothes operations, and SWAT configurations where high-visibility patches are inappropriate.
