Share your logo file (EPS, AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG) and our digitizing team converts it into an embroidery thread-mapped design. We handle the digitizing for free. Complex logos may need simplification for embroidery — fine lines under 1mm, very small text, and photographic gradients may need to be stylized for the patch medium. We always show you a digital proof for approval before production.

Embroidered patches on a twill background give the most premium, classic look for corporate logo patches — the raised thread and dimensional quality reads as high-quality workmanship. Woven patches are ideal for logos with fine detail, precise color matching, or small text elements. PVC patches offer a modern, bold 3D appearance popular with tech companies and outdoor brands. We recommend ordering a sample of your preferred type before a large run.

Yes. We have no minimum order. A company with 5 employees can order 5 patches. A franchise with 200 locations can order 10,000. Our pricing scales — you pay more per unit at very low quantities, but there are no setup fees or minimum order charges that price out small businesses. Free design services are included regardless of order size.

The most common corporate uniform logo patch size is 3-4 inches wide for a chest left breast placement, which is the industry standard for polo shirts, button-downs, and work shirts. For jacket sleeves, 3.5-4.5 inches is typical. Name and role patches below the logo are usually 1x3.5 inches for legible nameplate sizing. We provide a sizing mockup on a standard shirt template on request.
